The Texas Facilities Commission and JE Dunn Construction invite you to our upcoming Work Package #3 – Capitol Complex Phase II Pre-bid and HUB Outreach event. The project includes two new State office buildings and one block of the Capitol Mall.


All interested trade partners are invited to attend a nonmandatory HUB Outreach Pre-bid meeting. To learn more about how to work with JE Dunn as a trade partner and our Minority Contractor Development program, please join us at this meeting.  Take advantage of this meeting and connect with the key stakeholders of this project.



Trades Needed:

structural concrete, miscellaneous steel, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, elevators, glass and glazing, waterproofing, exterior enclosure, and interior finish trades.

Readiness Training Program for

Historically Underutilized Businesses

The Travis County Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Program and the University of Texas at Austin are conducting a two-part readiness training program for HUBs. Funnel One training is for established firms that want to enhance capacity and seek contracting or business opportunities. Funnel Two training is for more advanced minority-owned and women-owned enterprises and small businesses.
