This past weekend the Board of Directors convened to strategize the events and focus we will have for 2023. We have an exciting year planned. As always, we are here as a resource for our members, stakeholders, and most of all our small business community.
CEN-TEX HISPANIC CHAMBER CREATES THE “FLOATING CHAMBER” MODEL
WACO, TX - Cen-Tex Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (CTHCC) has recently moved to a central hub in the downtown area of Waco and taking a hybrid approach with a “Floating Chamber.”

CTHCC is the premier advocate for Waco’s growing Hispanic and business communities, and a valuable resource for strategic advocacy partners in the city. The nonprofit’s move to a coworking space allows for ease of access to budding small businesses while in the office, but its dedication to local businesses and advocacy for the Hispanic community doesn’t stop there. CTHCC has begun weekly floating office hours throughout Central Texas in their members’ offices, coffee and tea shops, restaurants, and lobbies.

LET’S BE S.M.A.R.T. FOR THE NEW YEAR
The New Year is a time for businesses to set new goals and resolutions for the upcoming year. One effective method for achieving these goals is through the use of S.M.A.R.T. goal setting.

S.M.A.R.T. goals are a popular method for setting and achieving business objectives. This system helps teams establish clear and actionable goals with realistic expectations that can be completed within a specific timeframe.
