To this end, we are pleased to share essential holiday safety tips to help individuals and families navigate the festivities responsibly.


Home Safety:


  • Ensure your home is secure before leaving for holiday travel.
  • Use timers for lights to create the appearance of an occupied home.
  • Be cautious with candles, and never leave them unattended.
  • Test smoke detectors and replace batteries if necessary.


Travel Safety:


  • Plan your route in advance and inform someone of your travel plans.
  • Avoid distracted driving and stay focused on the road.
  • Check your vehicle’s condition before embarking on a road trip.
  • Be aware of weather conditions and adjust travel plans accordingly.


Fire Safety:


  • Keep a safe distance between decorations and heat sources.
