Hispanic Leadership and Business Summit
The TAMACC Leadership and Business Summit is a forum for Hispanic business owners, community leaders, and elected officials to have a candid and interactive dialog about some of the issues impacting our community.

This year’s topics are:

  • Technology: A Path to increased Productivity, Profitability, and Market Share

  • Texas Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Procurement Program: Is “Good Faith” by State Agencies Good Enough

  • Increasing Business Productivity and Profitability by Establishing and Maintaining a Healthy Workforce

  • The Proverbial Issue Regarding the Lack of Financial Capital available to Business Owners and Entrepreneurs

It is our goal is to have a day of collaborative discussions to seek out possible solutions to situations that have long existed. This summit will be instrumental in helping prioritize legislative agendas and courses of action that need to be implemented in 2023.

We would like to extend an open invitation for you to participate in our 2022 Hispanic Leadership and Business Summit on Tuesday, October 25, 2022, at the Texas State Capitol Auditorium.

Take Me To The Ball Game
Thank you, Coca-Cola, for the invitation to TAMACC and Hispanic Chamber leadership across the state to a Texas Rangers game on a night celebrating Hispanic Heritage.

Meeting new people and networking was also at play during the game. One of the many results of the evening was a Latino Business Report podcast episode. This episode highlights the out-of-the-box thinking of two 26-year-old Hispanic Texas Ranger Baseball Club employees. Their marketing ideas and the implementation of methods to better reach market the Hispanic market was a Home Run.
U.S. Latino economic output would rank 5th in world GDP, according to a new study
Just in case you missed the big news released last month.
“If U.S. Latinos were an independent country, their gross domestic product would rank fifth in the world. This is surpassing those of the United Kingdom, India, and France, according to a report released Thursday.”
