We are inviting you to attend the TAMACC Hispanic Leadership and Business Summit, Tuesday, October 25, 2022, at the Texas Capitol Auditorium. The Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Program was implemented by state statute on September 1, 1992. However, since its inception, the program is far from reaching its purpose and goals. Why not? SESSION III: HEALTHY WORKFORCE 2:15 PM - 3:55 PM   Increasing Business Productivity and Profitability by Establishing and Maintaining a Healthy Workforce How implementing a wellness program in your business can increase productivity, employee engagement, and a healthier workforce. SESSION IV: ACCESS TO CAPITAL 3:55 PM - 6:00 PM   The Proverbial Issue Regarding the Lack of Financial Capital available to Business Owners and Entrepreneurs Systemic attitudes and practices in lending and financing have impeded the capacity of Hispanic and other minority businesses to grow and scale up at the same rate as non-minority businesses. Consequently, resulting in a lack of capital.
