How to Change Your Thinking

How many people feel like they are in a cycle?  The cycle of waking up, eating breakfast, going to work, lunch, dinner and going to bed.   We all make our psychology or mind set of where we are.  If we tell ourselves we are just doing the same thing over and over again, that is exactly what we will get.  EXACTLY!!!!

What if we went throughout our day woke up thinking differently.  Thinking optimistically.  Thoughts such as today will be a great day and not just think it because that is just the beginning.   Then comes the words.  After that the actions.

You go throughout he day learning, how from everyone you encounter.  Ask them what they are doing even if its the same thing that they are doing it is still different because it is someone else doing it.  Change your thoughts, state of mind while talking.  You actually control what you get excited about.  Everything you learn can be exciting if you want it to be. 

Put into place the things that help you do all these things.

Train yourself to think optimistically. If we can train ourselves to think pessimistically we can train ourselves to be positive. 

Use affirmations or use videos to get you started in the morning and keep going. Once the ball gets rolling downhill it is pretty hard to stop.  Think success, think greatness, you already have the resources to do what it takes to get you where you need to go, use them.

After a while (everyone is different) in the training to make these thoughts, words and actions into habit they will be second nature to you.
