| This is a friendly reminder to join leading Texas business organizations and legal experts for a forum to orient employers and business leaders on the impact of President Biden’s recent actions to promote economic growth and stabilize our workforce. The discussion will address the recent court ruling against the “Keeping Families Together” program, which would provide work permits for the undocumented spouses of U.S. citizens.
If the program is allowed to continue, more than 111,000 Texas residents married to U.S. citizens may qualify for work authorization. We will also discuss streamlined access to employment-based visas for eligible college and university graduates, including DACA recipients and other Dreamers.
