Your Vote Counts! Don’t Forget to Cast Yours!

What time do the polls close? What are my Rights?


Voting on Election Day, the polls in Texas are open from 7:00 AM through 7:00 PM local time. If you are in the line by 7:00 PM, you can vote even if you have not been admitted inside the polling place.


You have the right to stay in line as long as it takes to be able to cast your ballot.
