September 21, 2023 TAMACC Champions Expanded Work Authorization at “Here to Work” Summit in Washington, DC TAMACC is taking the lead by assembling a Texas delegation of influential business and community leaders to participate in the “Here to Work” Summit in Washington, DC. This summit, scheduled for November 13 and 14, represents a crucial milestone in the ongoing nationwide campaign to promote expanded work authorization opportunities. This pre-Hispanic Heritage Month gathering of business leaders, community movers, and shakers was a success on multiple levels. More impressive than the amount of people who attended was the generous support of local businesses to support a gathering of Hispanic business owners and leaders. Alejandra de la Torre with State Farm Insurance was the first to step up.
